What is FOX CARE?
Fox Care is a newly-developed and easy-to-use utility of Fox series programs. When use the utility to submit issues, it will automatically collect the system information of the client and send it to Foxconn technical service engineers, which will greatly help engineers to resolve issues more promptly.
What about the advantages of Fox Care?
The users do not have to log on Foxconn channel website every time to submit issue or find the issue history; they could do all this through the utility after installing the Fox Care program on their machines.
The users do not have to spend much time filling in the PC configurations when submit issue, for Fox Care could automatically collect the system information and send it to Foxconn technical service engineers.
The user interface is very friendly and simple; it is easy to use.
How to use Fox Care?
The motherboard must support Fox Care (
check whether your motherboard supports Fox Care or not)
）.
Install Fox Care on the local desktop.
When run Fox Care, please try to select the country and issue type, fill in your name, Email and issue description and then send it out.
Users will find all the submitted issues and replies from Foxconn technical service engineers via history module.
*Support OS: Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
*Fox Care will not involve the user’s personal information, which will only collect and send the system information to the Foxconn technical service engineers. Please feel free to use.
